A Kinesiology session begins with a chat about where you are at, whats going on in your life, what you need help with and where you may be feeling overwhelmed. Sometimes it may just be a discussion of where you would rather be, how you would prefer to feel and how you would like your life to look. The client then lies fully clothed on a massage table and using your arm I use a technique called muscle monitoring that allows me to ask questions of your subconscious. Bypassing the brains conscious thoughts allows us to tap into core issues.  Using this technique we can clear imbalances or blocks within a persons physical, emotional and spiritual being. Coming from a background of nursing my practice is grounded in the study of anatomy and physiology and combines with the wisdom of both eastern and western medicine to deal with the issues that stop us from being who we want to be. Kinesiology can help us deal with every day stress to once in a lifetime trauma, helping you to bring balance back into your life.

Kinesiology can also help with physical pain and imbalances, structural issues like back, shoulder and migraines. It can also pinpoint imbalances within your physical system, living with constant stress can lead to difficulty sleeping, depression, anxiety, adrenal fatigue and many other hard to treat symptoms. By rebalancing brain hormone activity, turning off the fight/flight reaction and finding the cause of the stress at its core, we can turn it off so that life is not only manageable but actually enjoyable.

In my kinesiology practice I work a lot with children who have difficulty dealing with change, settling into school and interacting with others. Often there are children who don't quite fall into a "category" but struggle with school work and friendships. Kinesiology helps them to feel more comfortable in their own skin, less likely to outbursts of anger, rage  or tears and much more able to deal with the pressures of school and family life. Children need to be aged 5 or above.

Teenagers also need special care as depression among teens sky rockets in the fast-pace of the IT connected world they live in. The pressure to reach their potential at school and find their place on the ever present social ladder can just be too much. Kinesiology helps them to find and recognise their inner worth, focus their energies in a positive direction and put things into perspective.

All of us struggle from time to time with 'where to next?' By combining with life-coaching kinesiology can pin point where you want to go, what is important and what blocks are stopping you from getting there. Whether that relates to work, relationships, family or change I can help you move forward with your life in the direction You choose.

I have a special interest in past life issues, frequency vibration therapies and the awakening of all of us on the planet to a better way of being, relating and connecting.
